Alamo Cafe is one of the oldest and most popular Mexican restaurants in Central Texas, having served San Antonio for more than a quarter century!

The Alamo Cafe is a high volume, fast paced operation. The menu is primarily Mexican food but offers a variety of other items such as chicken fried steaks, chicken and seafood entrees, tortilla soup, and a complete kids menu. We are renowned for the flour tortillas prepared in our tortilla factories located in the front of each restaurant.

We are currently interviewing for all floor and kitchen positions. Full and part time shifts are available for hostess, busboy, waiter, cook, dishwasher, and tortilla factory. We are currently seeking Managers at all levels. From entry level floor managers, to kitchen managers, and experienced general managers, we want to talk to you about building our business and your career.

We provide a complete training program in all areas of restaurant operations. We teach our managers how to operate a restaurant and how to run a business. We are looking for self motivated, hard working managers who not only want to build our business but may want to eventually own their own.
